Meet Our Speakers

Most events promise “inspiration.” This one promises something rarer: an idea you can’t unhear. Our speakers aren’t here to impress you with credentials. They’re here to make a case—using story, evidence, and the kind of experience that leaves a mark—that the world works differently than you think.

Some talks will puncture an assumption you didn’t realize you were living by. Others will put language to something you’ve felt for years. And if we’ve done our job, you’ll leave with at least one idea that will follow you home—and change what you do next.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create the rare LA moment when a room full of strangers agrees to do the hardest thing: pay attention. Because attention is where change begins. Not in content. Not in slogans. In the moment an idea lands so cleanly you can feel it rearrange your priorities.

So we curate speakers and experiences that don’t just inform—they reframe. The kind of idea that punctures an assumption you didn’t know you were living by, or gives you language for something you’ve felt for years.

We take serious care of our speakers and our audience, and we hold a high bar for how it’s made—talks built for clarity, production that serves the idea, and a room designed forconversation, not just applause. If we’ve done our job, you won’t leave with “inspiration.” You’ll leave with at least one idea that follows you home—and changes what you do next.

VENUE

West Hollywood is a small city with an outsized influence. It’s where Los Angeles goes to remix itself—where design, nightlife, hospitality, and civic identity share the same few square miles and somehow don’t cancel each other out.
